Women in the workplace often experience imposter syndrome, feeling that they don’t belong or are overlooked. This campaign attempts to challenge these feelings of imposter syndrome by turning a simple lipstick into a symbol of confidence. It reminds women that doubt doesn’t define them — their achievements do. Transforming the iconic “You’re Worth It” into “Self-Worth It” reinforces the idea that self-worth should never be overlooked.
